There are many reasons why you wouldn’t be able to see your ads: 1) You’ve hit the daily budget set for your campaigns to make sure you don’t spend more than your monthly budget we set. 2) You’ve searched for your ad in the past and Google has stopped showing it to your specific computer. They do this because if an ad is shown and not clicked on, they want to show other advertisers to that user (but that doesn’t mean you should click on your ad!). 3) You don’t meet the geographic criteria we set up for your ad. Just because you’re not seeing it, doesn’t mean someone in a different location than you can’t see it.

If you want to know for sure if your campaigns are running, all of our clients have login access to their Google Ads account and our Client Dashboard. You can log in to either to see the data to make sure you’re getting impressions and clicks for the keyword you’re trying to search. You can also use the Google Ad Preview Tool to put yourself in a different location at a different computer (or specific device) to see if your ad is showing. As a Google AdWords management company, each of our PPC Management packages have a monthly management fee and monthly ad spend range associated with them. Our PPC packages allow our clients to be charged directly by the search engine for their ad spend while Logical Position collects the management fee at the beginning of each monthly cycle. Both amounts are reported to you through emailed reports.

There are a few different ways for you to view the performance of your campaigns. Each month, you will receive an emailed report of your stats highlighting cost and top performers (ads, keywords, etc). Our clients also have the ability to log directly into their Google Ads accounts to view all data as often as they wish. I perform audits every single day and I never change anything in an account without the client’s express permission to do so.

After you submit the form, you will receive an email from Google asking you to grant us access to your account. You will be able to click the link in the email, or you can grant us access by logging into Google Ads, clicking the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen, selecting the “Account Settings” menu option, and then selecting “Account Access” from the left-hand menu.

From that screen, you will see the pending invitation from Me.

Due to my high volume of audit requests, I can only grant complimentary audits to companies spending at least $1,000 /month on Google AdWords campaigns. You also must have a minimum of two months worth of data.

Unfortunately, no. I will only audit campaigns that have been spending at least $1,000 /month for at least three months.
